At Naqshi Dhaga, we work with Skynet to deliver orders safely and efficiently.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order:

• First 1 KG: 5,100
• Each additional KG: 2,000

The applicable shipping charges will be calculated based on your order weight and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. We aim to prepare orders for dispatch within 2–5 working days.

During busy periods, including festive and wedding seasons, processing times may be longer.

Delivery

Orders are shipped through Skynet. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier conditions.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Naqshi Dhaga is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local courier conditions.
